At Shri Ganesh School of Excellence, we believe every child deserves an opportunity to receive a quality education in a nurturing environment. Our admission process is transparent, fair, and designed to ensure that each child is placed appropriately according to their academic abilities and developmental needs.
Admissions are open to students of all communities, backgrounds, and abilities, subject to the availability of seats.
Admission to various classes is granted based on merit, interaction, and the performance of the student in the entrance assessment (if applicable).
For Pre-Primary classes, admissions are granted based on the child's age and readiness for formal schooling.
Admission forms are available at the school office and must be filled out with accurate information.
Submission of the following documents is mandatory during admission:
Birth Certificate (for primary classes)
Transfer Certificate (from the last attended school)
Progress Report/Marksheet of the previous class
Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents
Aadhaar Card copies (student and parents)
Medical Certificate (if required)
Withdrawal of a student from the school is a sensitive process and should be initiated thoughtfully by the parents.
Parents wishing to withdraw their child must submit a written application to the Principal at least one month in advance.
The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all outstanding dues are cleared.
The TC processing time is typically 7 working days after approval.
If a student is absent from school continuously for more than 15 days without prior intimation or valid reason, the school reserves the right to remove the student’s name from the rolls.
Admission fees and other one-time charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of mid-session withdrawal, the fees for the full term are to be paid before the issue of the Transfer Certificate.
Admission once granted is provisional until all required documents are verified.
Management reserves the right to reject admission/withdrawal requests if there is non-compliance with the school’s rules and regulations.
Parents are advised to carefully read and understand the Admission Guidelines provided at the time of admission.
